Nomophobia is the fear of being out of mobile phone contact - and it's the plague of our 24/7 age

Getting married, starting a job or going to the dentist have long been recognised as sources of great stress.

But it seems they are now matched by a new, peculiarly 21st century affliction - the fear of being out of mobile phone contact.

Millions apparently suffer from "no mobile phobia" which has been given the name nomophobia.

They have become so dependent on their mobile that discovering it is out of charge or simply misplacing it sends stress levels soaring.

 I remember when I was very young,  if we got sick, my uncle 
would have us eat raw onions...sandwich, or just cut up!

After reading this you will think that I have really lost it.  However, this 
is a true story.

In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was a doctor who visited 
the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu.  Many of the 
farmers and their families had contracted it and many died.

Disabe TCP port 445 For Better Windows Network Security

Opened TCP port 445 can be a target for hackers as well as for worms such as Sasser and Kargo which will waste a lot of resources on your PC so that programs cannot run properly.

To get the list of all the opened TCP ports on your PC, goto command prompt window (cmd.exe)and type the command netstat -an and press enter. Then you can notice that TCP port 445 in the opened state is available for use which can be exploited by a malicious hacker. So, as a windows network security measure it is recommended to disable TCP port 445 in Windows. This can be done by a simple system registry tweak.
